At Embedian, we are committed to providing high-quality products and ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. Please note that all orders are placed under a Non-Cancelable, Non-Returnable (NCNR) policy. This means that returns are only accepted in cases where an error has been made on our part, such as shipping the wrong item or delivering a defective product. Below, we outline the details of our Returns Policy.

1. Non-Cancelable, Non-Returnable (NCNR) Policy

All sales are final unless the return is due to an error on Embedian’s part. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Receiving the wrong item.

• Receiving a defective or damaged item.

Note: Returns for any other reasons, including but not limited to buyer’s remorse, incorrect ordering, or changes in needs, will not be accepted.

2. Eligibility for Returns

Returns will only be considered if:

• The item is defective or damaged upon arrival.

• The wrong item was shipped.

• The return request is made within [Insert Number] days of the delivery date.

• Proof of purchase (e.g., order number or receipt) is provided.

3. How to Request a Return

If you believe your return is due to an error on our part, follow these steps:

Step 1: Request a Return Authorization

Contact your sales representative at Embedian to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Provide the following information:

• Your order number.

• A detailed description of the issue (e.g., wrong item, defective product).

• Photos or documentation supporting your claim (if applicable).

Step 2: Receive Your RMA Number

If your return request is approved, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This number must be included with your return package. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted.

Step 3: Package and Ship the Item

• Securely package the item(s) in the original packaging.

• Include the RMA number on the outside of the package.

• Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team.

Note: Embedian will cover the cost of return shipping for returns due to our error.

4. Inspection and Resolution

Once we receive your returned item, we will:

• Inspect the item to verify the issue (e.g., wrong item, defect, or damage).

• Process a replacement, refund, or other resolution within 7 business days.

Refunds:

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Replacements:

• If a replacement is requested, we will ship the correct or replacement item once the returned item is received and inspected.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged due to our error:

• Items that have been altered, or damaged after delivery.
